What do you do at VS and how would I come across you?

As a Victim Care Officer my role involves working with a wide range of victims and witnesses of crime. I offer support and reassurance and assist in the initial phase of support by discussing with clients their concerns, identifying their needs and exploring what kind of support may help them to develop ways to cope with the impact of crime. So you would most likely come across me for a friendly chat at the beginning of your VS journey.
