Paula is the Victim Focus Manager for Cardiff, Vale and Bridgend CVB. Paula is responsible for working alongside South Wales Police and other agencies to ensure clients of the service get the support they need to cope and recover from the effects of crime. Paula manages three victim focus officers covering CVB who provide support to victims, witnesses and anyone indirectly affected by crime. Paula has worked for Victim Focus for 18 years and has a wealth of experience supporting staff and volunteers. She started her career with Victim Support as an administrative assistant before becoming a caseworker and finally a Victim Focus Manager.
