I am a Victim Focus Officer covering the Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot area where I provide ongoing support to those affected by crime. I also engage in community outreach and information sessions with partner organisations.

What advice would you give your younger self:

Do not compare yourself to others, life is not a race, trust the process, enjoy the small things and be kind to yourself and others along the way, it’s never too late to focus on a new dream or challenge.
